Ronix H.O.M.E. Carbon Pro Osmo Skimmer Wakesurf Board: Fast, Stable, and Perfectly Balanced

This Wakesurf Board is Best For:

  • Advanced Riders Seeking Precision and Speed: The Osmo Skimmer is designed for riders who want a responsive board that enhances their technical skim style tricks with speed and stability in both directions.
  • Trick Enthusiasts Who Demand Control: With its twin-tip design and wider profile, this skimmer allows for faster rotations, smoother airs, and easier landings on tricks like 360s and 720 shuvs.
  • Riders Craving Versatility and Balance: The Osmo’s wider profile increases pocket speed and provides a solid connection to the wave, making it easier to build speed from the back and perform micro-adjustments with precision.
  • Those Who Value Lightweight Performance: Constructed with Carbon Pro technology, this board delivers a lightweight, reactive ride while maintaining composure and control for seamless energy transfer.

The Ronix H.O.M.E. Carbon Pro Osmo Skimmer Wakesurf Board, designed with input from pro rider Dylan Matthews, brings a new level of performance to the skimmer world. Built with a true twin-tip design, it spins faster, lands smoother, and keeps you composed on every maneuver. The wider profile shortens the board size without sacrificing speed, while the minimal rocker and domed deck keep you connected and in control. The unique Carbon Pro construction makes this skimmer lightweight, reactive, and durable, providing the ultimate experience for advanced riders looking to perfect their technical tricks. Whether you're dialing in a 360 or landing big shuvs, the Osmo Skimmer adapts to your inputs and weight transfers for a ride like no other.

Constructions

CARBON PRO

The lightest surf construction Ronix has developed in their 25 years of crafting wakesurfers. No other build has ever moved so effortlessly and stayed so deep in the pocket as this innovative design. Every component—bio-resin, glass, core, and ink—is engineered with a singular focus on weight distribution. Proudly crafted at the birthplace of Ronix in the USA.

High voltage carbon

Experience explosive performance with our most responsive carbon construction yet. Featuring a new spread toe carbon weave, this design delivers unparalleled reactivity. Enhanced energy is now just a pump away.

Carbon air core 3

This Italian-imported core features a tested carbon layup. It’s molded and wrapped in carbon, delivering unmatched torsional stiffness

Flyweight pro

Combining the lightweight feel of a Flyweight with the enhanced responsiveness of a Carbon Air Core 3, this construction merges the best elements of two of our top-selling high-end designs.

Flyweight

Less is more. These cores are crafted with a minimalist approach, capturing the essence of pure surfing. For many riders, lighter truly means better.

Element Core

A 100% paulownia wood wrap encases our lightweight surf core, blending science and nature for enhanced response and improved dampening.

Koal Classic

A hand-shaped design crafted from a core similar to its saltwater counterparts, combined with classic wood laminates for enhanced dampening.

Standard core

Putting Ronix's affordable core on a surf diet, making even their price-point boards with vacuum-bagged surf cores.

Tuff Tech

We took our popular Koal Classic, molded it, and wrapped it in our ultra-durable surface skin. This lightweight, budget-friendly option with protective laminate reduces water resistance for a smoother ride.

Marsh "mellow"

Combining the feel of a traditional surfer, the durability of a wakeboard, and the forgiving ride of a marshmallow, this design uses our standard core construction wrapped in a soft exterior deck material.

Sonic Core

A rocket-fast core paired with durable wakeboard construction, designed for the next generation of surfers. It offers speed with forgiveness, featuring a resilient exterior wrap for added strength.

BOARD DETAILS

Let's take a look as to what makes a Ronix board.

Board Thickness

Thin

The thinnest profile for riders seeking maximum connection with the water. It enables a more engaged surfing experience, allowing riders to use a shallow fin—or no fin at all—thanks to the board’s natural grip.

Standard

This thickness is perfect for riders who prefer the classic feel of a traditional wakesurf cross-section—not too thick, not too thin. It provides more sensitivity to the water than thicker boards, while offering greater buoyancy and push compared to a skimmer.

Thick

This design offers the most push of any in our lineup. These thicker boards are built for speed, accelerating quickly in a straight line, and allowing riders to surf farther from the boat.

FAQ

The first thing you should decide is whether you prefer a surf, skim or hybrid board. From there you want to narrow down key components such as shape or fin size.

Fin size is one of the biggest factors in how a board rides. Big fins will create a much more locked down ride, and small thins will allow a rider to move more freely.

Hard RAils

High Speed carves for riders that like to jump on the gas pedal.
